Undoubtedly being single for a long time can result in loneliness and depression. Choosing to be single is a decision that some make, while others are single because they either cannot commit or are yet to find a compatible companion. First, a man needs to be relaxed and comfortable around women. Men who are jittery, shifty or nervous during the first interaction spell lack of confidence and this to the woman is very unattractive. Avoid having a very long date roughly one hour or one and a half hours is good enough because at some point regardless of how interesting and engaging you are, you are bound to run out of things to talk about. Unfortunately this leads to the moment of awkward silence that you have been trying to avoid the whole time.


Talking too much and taking up the entire conversation, the woman is bound to be bored and will definitely look for an excuse to get away from you. Always have a good conversation where the both of you can equally engage in.


Seeming too desperate or showing very low interest in the woman should be avoided. Having self confidence is the key, without these, you are definitely wasting your time and hers to.  Any man with the intention to date and cultivate a good relationship with a woman need to apply certain skills to be able to accomplish this, like most people say, when you work hard you will enjoy the fruits of your labor.

Here's a quick rundown of 15 things to look out for when you are looking for a relationship or perhaps already in a (bad) one

1) She doesn't look the way she did when you were first attracted to her - This shows that she got lazy. Women want to look their best and stay in shape at the prospect of attracting a guy who is in demand. Now she feels she has you, and she's let herself go which in itself shows a lack of respect for you and in essence for herself as well.


2) Complaining and nagging - A woman naturally wants to be lead by a guy. If she's complaining and nagging at you she doesn't respect your authority as the dominant Alpha Male, and so by her constant nagging and complaining she has lost respect for your posiiton.


3) Using sex as a tool - When she starts withholding sex from you untill you act a certain way or do something she wants you to do, she views you as weak and expects you to succumb to her demands by using sex as a reward. You aren't a dog and you dont perform tricks for treats.

11) Her life revolves around fashion and partying - Sometimes these girls are fun to be around, may even be good to have in your friends circle by upping your social status. 15) Blames others for her downfalls - Irresponsible girls are near the top of my pet peeves. If you're in a relationship with someone who see's themselves as blameless for the pitfalls in their lives and finds a way to blame someone else for their bad luck no matter how absurd it is then you can definitely expect her finger pointed at you when something doesn't go right.
