When it comes down to approaching a girl; Fear is a huge factor. Insecurities that may rarely make an appearance in every day life may come on strong at the sight of a beautiful woman. Even confident men sometimes have difficulty approaching women if they are really attracted to a particular one.

Learn about eye contact; there are several studies that suggest people make stronger bonds when they maintain a good amount of eye contact. Sometimes this can do half the work for you! By catching a woman’s attention and holding her gaze for a couple of seconds, followed by a smile or some form of polite and friendly acknowledgement, you are essentially asking her for permission to approach her. This can be a very good indicator of her temperament and mood, and allows you to make contact without anyone else around you noticing, and therefore, not embarrassing yourself!

Approaching women is easy once you practice and get comfortable engaging strangers. If you can use your reservations as a motivation and turn your fear into positive energy, you will be comfortably walking up to strange women in no time!
